 Heating and cooling equipment, ducts, vents and flues. 

 Fixtures and faucets, water supply systems, drain, waste and vent systems,  and water heaters.

Readily accessible and visible portions of fireplaces and chimneys, lintels, damper doors, and cleanout doors and frames.

Insulation in unfinished spaces, including attics, crawlspaces, and foundation areas; mechanical exhaust systems in kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry area. 

Representative number of doors and windows, flashing and trim, walkways and driveways, floors, walls, ceilings, landings, stairways and ramps, railings, and garage doors.
